Unlike Any You’ve Had Before, These Baked Meatballs Will Blow You Away!

These dill seasoned meatballs are a tasty new twist on a family favorite. We recommend using the combination of all 3 meats mentioned below.

Ingredients Needed:

  • Ground meat (pork, beef, chicken, turkey or combination) – 2 pounds

  • Egg – 1 large

  • Panko bread crumbs – 1/3 cup

  • Dill – 20 g ( a big handful, the more the better)

  • Mrs Dash Original No Salt – 1 tablespoon (or your favourite spices)

  • Garlic salt – 1/2 teaspoon (or more based on your taste)

How To Prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Finely chop the dill.

  3. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients really well.

  4. Shape meatballs in walnut size balls and place on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes (or until cooked, depending on your oven.

Finished!

These meatballs are perfect for dinner but also are great for a party. However, we can't blame you if you throw one or ten of them on top of your spaghetti for some extra flavor.
