
One bite of this flank steak and you will seriously consider ever seasoning your meat a different way. These flavors are such a success, why would you do it any different from here on out?

Things You Will Need:

1/2 cup salsa

1 clove of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1 lime
-
1 flank steak (about 1 lb)
How To Prepare:
- Marinade your meat by combining all of the ingredients with your steak into a ziploc bag and let it absorb all of the flavors, for at least four hours.
- Remove your steak from the marinade bag and throw on the grill, or broil.
Finished!
Note: Whatever you do, DO NOT OVERCOOK. Flank steak is one of those cuts that is super unsatisfying if overcooked.
