We'll Never Make Plain Ol' Pork Chops Again!
Around here we're big fans of pork chops. In fact, they're what we usually turn to when we're not sure what to serve as a main course, simply because they're guaranteed to be a hit, even among a diverse crowd and with picky eaters who are very selective about their meals! Plus, pork chops go with just about anything, making it easy to plan out a satisfying and delicious meal.
We've never had pork chops quite like these, however, because they use a rich and tangy pomegranate glaze that really takes them up a notch! This glaze adds just the right amount of bite so that it enhances the overall flavor of the chops but doesn't detract from their own succulent and hearty flavor. This is definitely a main course we serve when we really want to make a good impression or just make dinner a little extra special.
