
Here's everything for these savory and succulent garlic beef tips. Add even more flavor by cooking them on the grill. We threw these in the oven and they came out super-tender.

Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 lb. beef tips or stew meat
- ½ stick of melted butter
- 3 T. minced garlic
- 1 T. garlic salt
- Salt and pepper to season
Directions To Follow:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, garlic salt and set aside.
- Line roasting pan with aluminum foil
- Season beef tips with salt and butter
- Place beef tips on skewers
- (If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least half hour before using)
- Place skewers over roasting pan and baste liberally with the garlic butter.
- Place pan with skewers on top rack the in oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Pull the meat out every 5 minutes and baste with more garlic butter.
- Serve with your favorite side dish.

These beef garlic tips really add something special to any meal and are definitely a tasty twist on an old favorite. Even better, they go well with pretty much anything, though we like them with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
