Here's everything you need. Note that some of the ingredients specify “to taste.” That means you're free to experiment and find the amount that's most pleasing to your taste buds. So be bold and make this recipe your own.
Ingredients To Gather:
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Directions To Follow:
To prepare, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. You'll need a large but shallow baking dish to achieve the best results. Coat the dish with oil, and then start preparing the chicken. Cut each chicken breast in half by cutting down the center but not completely through. This is called butterflying. Tuck a slice of cheddar cheese and cream cheese inside each breast and then close. Now you'll prepare the seasoning. You'll need two bowls for this. Pour the milk in one bowl and combine the breadcrumbs and Romano cheese in the other. Dip each breast in the milk and then in the breadcrumb and cheese mixture, ensuring that each breast is coated. Then place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and fold the edges of each breast under. Next, melt the butter on the stovetop on medium and add the lemon juice and garlic. Pour this over the chicken and add any other seasoning, such as garlic or salt. Finally, bake about 30 minutes. You'll know the chicken is done when the center isn't pink and when the juice is clear.
Succulent, savory chicken every time. This recipe serves eight, so everyone can have seconds (and trust us, they'll want to) or you can save the leftovers and have a quick meal ready for another night. While the chicken is cooking, whip up a veggie and some mashed potatoes, and in no time you'll have a hearty meal!

Wow! Thank you! I continually wanted to write on my website something like that. Can I take a portion of your post to my website?
I don’t know, Kris Ismaili, what do you think? I had a really bad experience using cream cheese (as a sauce in a pasta) I hated it!!!! now I only eat it on crackers with salmon, haha, not sure if I could try it.
I think too much cheese It looks good but I don’t know
