
This incredibly chocolaty chocolate cake makes twelve servings but you can always double the ingredients if you need it for a party or want plenty of left overs. You can also use this recipe to make a one pan cake, layered cake, a bunt cake or even cupcakes so it is really up to you.
It takes about fifteen minutes to prepare and thirty to thirty-five minutes to bake if you make the one pan cake.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-3/4 cups e flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease, flour two pans.
- Stir sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes.
- Stir in boiling water.
- Pour batter into pans.
- Bake 30- 35 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Melt butter. Stir in cocoa.
- Alternately add powdered sugar, milk, beating to spreading consistency.
- Stir in vanilla.
