Here's everything you need for this hearty steak and gravy. You need 2 hours and 25 minutes for this recipe that makes four servings.

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 1/2 pounds thin cut round steak
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can water

Directions To Follow:

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, and then trimming the fat from the meat and cutting it into however many servings you want to make.
  2. Sear both sides of the steak in a roasting pan over medium-high heat, cooking for about 1 minute on each side.
  3. After this, remove from the heat and stir in both soups and the water.
  4. Place the roasting pan in the oven and cook for 2 1/2 hours.
