- 1 1/2 pounds thin cut round steak
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can water
Directions To Follow:
- Start by preheating your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, and then trimming the fat from the meat and cutting it into however many servings you want to make.
- Sear both sides of the steak in a roasting pan over medium-high heat, cooking for about 1 minute on each side.
- After this, remove from the heat and stir in both soups and the water.
- Place the roasting pan in the oven and cook for 2 1/2 hours.
