This pizza makes enough for two servings but you can double the ingredients if you want plenty more. It takes about fifteen minutes to prepare and another twenty to twenty-five minutes to bake. One bite and it will taste so delicious you'll forget you aren't at the restaurant!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
  • 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 c. shredded fontina
  • 1/4  red onion
  • Ranch dressing, for drizzling
  • Chives, for garnish

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Heat oven to 525 degrees F.
  2. In  skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
  3. Add chicken, cook 6 minutes per side.
  4. Season  with salt,  pepper.
  5. Brush oven-proof skillet with olive oil.

The Additional Steps To Follow:

  1. Make sure to use your hands on a surface dusted with some flour, Roll out your dough until it's the circumference of  your  skillet.
  2. Then place dough into your skillet.
  3. Make sure to leave about a half an inch around the edge of your skillet for your crust pour your barbecue sauce in a nice thin layer over your dough. Sprinkle some of your cheddar and fontina cheese as well as some chicken and your red onion on the dough.
  4. Sprinkle a bit of  olive oil on your crust and then add a bit of salt.
  5. Allow to bake for about twenty-five minutes or until golden.
  6. Put some barbecue sauce, ranch dressing and chives over the top.
