
This pizza makes enough for two servings but you can double the ingredients if you want plenty more. It takes about fifteen minutes to prepare and another twenty to twenty-five minutes to bake. One bite and it will taste so delicious you'll forget you aren't at the restaurant!

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
- kosher salt
- black pepper
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 c. shredded fontina
- 1/4 red onion
- Ranch dressing, for drizzling
- Chives, for garnish
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Heat oven to 525 degrees F.
- In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
- Add chicken, cook 6 minutes per side.
- Season with salt, pepper.
- Brush oven-proof skillet with olive oil.
The Additional Steps To Follow:
- Make sure to use your hands on a surface dusted with some flour, Roll out your dough until it's the circumference of your skillet.
- Then place dough into your skillet.
- Make sure to leave about a half an inch around the edge of your skillet for your crust pour your barbecue sauce in a nice thin layer over your dough. Sprinkle some of your cheddar and fontina cheese as well as some chicken and your red onion on the dough.
- Sprinkle a bit of olive oil on your crust and then add a bit of salt.
- Allow to bake for about twenty-five minutes or until golden.
- Put some barbecue sauce, ranch dressing and chives over the top.
