This amazing meatloaf recipe makes enough for eight servings so there should be plenty for everyone to enjoy. You can use any bread that you like and if you don't like things too spicy, you can only add a little Tabasco sauce or leave it out completely. The bacon should be thin so it can wrap around the meat and cook perfectly. It takes fifteen minutes to prepare and forty-five minutes to cook so you won't have to wait long to dig right in!
