1 teaspoon ground black pepper

- Mix hot sauce and buttermilk in a big enough bowl to hold chicken. Toss chicken in until coated then marinate overnight or for at least an hour.
Mix together bread crumbs and spices in a plastic bag or shallow bowl.- Drain marinade from chicken then roll or shake in crumb mix.
- Arrange on a baking sheet sprayed with oil and spray chicken lightly with oil as well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.- Bake in an oven pre-heated to 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until browned.
