
Are the kids getting tired of the same ole things for dinner? Well, this one will having them raving for more and more! Besaides; you can use your leftovers from the night before to make this.
Let's Get Baking…
The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spreadd
- 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken breast
- 4 cups cut-up vegetables (broccoli florets and/or red bell peppers)
- 2 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Preheat oven to 425°. Melt 2 tablespoons spread and saute broccoli and red bell pepper.
- Whisk milk and flour. Add chicken, vegetables, cheese, onion powder.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Combine panko crumbs.
- Sprinkle over top of casserole.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Finished!
Now you have one of the best ever casseroles that the whole family will love! Add in your favorite salad and a dinner roll and you are ready to eat. I like Hawaiian rolls, but a good sweet roll will do.
