The combination of sweet, savory, salty and acidic make a flavor explosion in your mouth that there is no coming back from.
Grilling the peaches creates a delectable caramelization on the stone fruit and you can't go wrong with adding smoky bacon to the mix. To brighten the bite, add some basil and a balsamic reduction to pull it all together.
As a side note, we do suggest doubling the recipe. These perfect bites don't tend to last very long on the table with everyone eating them up.
