This recipe is so easy to make and its the perfect combination of salty and sweet. How doesn't love bacon wrapped anything?! These grilled bacon wrapped peaches with basil only take thirty minutes to make.
What You Will Need
- 4 peaches (ripe but not overly soft), pitted and cut into 6 wedges
- 1 pound bacon
- Basil
- Balsamic reduction
How To Prepare
- Cut each piece of bacon in half. Wrap a basil leaf and piece of bacon around each peach wedge, securing it with a tooth pick.
- Heat the steam grill pan over medium heat. Place the bacon wrapped peaches on the grill pan. Rotate the peaches every few minutes to cook all sides of the bacon until it is browned and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the peaches to a platter and drizzle them with the balsamic reduction.
The entire appetizer yields about twenty-four pieces. That means you can spend more time with your guests instead of being stuck in the kitchen!
