This fantastic beef and broccoli noodles make enough for four servings but you can always double the ingredients if you want plenty left over to enjoy again. This recipe calls for mushrooms but if you don't like them, feel free to leave them out.
Let's Get Started…
The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 lb. rice noodles or udon noodles
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tbsp. Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 tsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 lb. flank steak
- 1 head broccoli
- 8 oz. baby bella mushrooms
- Lime wedges, for serving
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

In salted boiling water, cook noodles according to package directions.

Whisk together soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, Sriracha, honey, 2 tablespoons oil.

Whisk in cornstarch.
The Additional Directions To Follow:
- In your skillet placed over medium-high heat, heat a tablespoon of the sesame oil.
- Add the flank steak, allow to cook for about five minutes.
- Add the broccoli and the mushrooms plus about 2 tablespoons of water.
- Stir it together and allow to for cook 6 minutes.
- Lower the heat to low.
- Add in the noodles, and the prepared sauce, making sure you toss until everything is well coated.
