You Will Never Eat Pasta The Same Way Again After Trying It With This Creamy Garlic Sauce

Here's everything you need for this tantalizing spaghetti. This recipe makes between 5 and 6 servings so there should be plenty for everyone.

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 (12 -16 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped fine
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped fine
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 stalk fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon truffle oil (white or black)
  • 1⁄4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese, good quality

Directions To Follow:

  1. Start by sauteeing the onion and garlic in the olive oil until the onion is golden.
  2. Boil the spaghetti in 3 quarts of water with a touch of milk and 1 tbsp. of oil added to the water.
  3. Cook until the spaghetti is al dente, and then drain it and toss with the onion, garlic and rosemary.
  4. Next, add the parmesan and toss the entire mixture. Divide into servings and drizzle the truffle oil on top of each serving followed by a pinch of fresh chopped rosemary for garnish.

Finished!

Just like traditional spaghetti, this version goes well with hot, crusty and buttered garlic toast. However, you could also serve it with a small salad on the side for some extra flavor and freshness.
