Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 (12 -16 ounce) package spaghetti
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped fine
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 stalk fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon truffle oil (white or black)
- 1⁄4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese, good quality
Directions To Follow:
- Start by sauteeing the onion and garlic in the olive oil until the onion is golden.
- Boil the spaghetti in 3 quarts of water with a touch of milk and 1 tbsp. of oil added to the water.
- Cook until the spaghetti is al dente, and then drain it and toss with the onion, garlic and rosemary.
- Next, add the parmesan and toss the entire mixture. Divide into servings and drizzle the truffle oil on top of each serving followed by a pinch of fresh chopped rosemary for garnish.

Just like traditional spaghetti, this version goes well with hot, crusty and buttered garlic toast. However, you could also serve it with a small salad on the side for some extra flavor and freshness.
