The kids love it, it's good for a quick meal and it has good flavor. However, after finding out what the seasoned and experienced chefs add to the pot I was blown away.

where is the rosemary’ carrots’celery and use a red bell pepper and at least 2 bay leafs.
That’s pretty much mine but I also add carrots, parmesian cheese and red wine.

this is how I make my sauce only I use 1 tap oregano.
Nothing new here! Except I use fresh everything and that would be tomatoes if I had it.

Well my secret ingredient is abt a small teaspoon of SUGAR added.
Just give us the F-ing recipe!
Add heaping tablespoon of honey and some wine!
I use carrots, minced, in the sauce. It does make a difference.

Pork neck bones are my secret ingredient…simmer for several hours.
I would add a t. Of sugar. Sugar takes away some of the acidity from the tomatoes. I might also add 1/2 pound of sausage. There is no wrong way. Add what you like and it will be great.

i fry onions,garlic in olive oil ,half cup of red wine some ground beef or sausage ,basil,oregano,bay leaves,2 cups dice tomatoes,1 cup tomato paste ,mushrooms,red peppers,sometimes jalepenoes depending on how hot i want it
