- 2 pork chops
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 (6 ounce) package uncooked wild rice
- 3 cups water
Directions To Follow:
- Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and then browning the pork chops in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.
- Next, combine the soup mix and the rice in a medium-sized bowl.
- Spread this mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish and then lay the browned pork chops on top of the rice.
- Gently pour water on top of everything.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer inserted inside the pork chops reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
