
Here's everything you need for this hearty tater tot casserole. What's great about this recipe is that you probably already have all of these ingredients in your kitchen cabinets!

Let's Get Started…
Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can peas or green beans, drained
2 (10 1/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) package tater tots
Directions To Follow:
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then browning the beef in a large skillet over high heat. When it's done, drain off the fat and then add the garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, peas (or green beans), and condensed cream of mushroom soup and stir to combine. Next, pour this mixture into a medium-sized casserole dish and then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the beef. Place tater tots on top of the entire thing, and then bake for between 30 and 40 minutes or until the tater tots are crispy.

That is one heck of a satisfying main course. We never thought tater tots could get better than they already are, but they really make this casserole something special.
