If you walk into any Williams Sonoma, Bed Bath & Beyond or Home Goods and you will be met with walls of handy kitchen items and trinkets. Their shiny and new just waiting for you to come and take them home. There is always a use for each and every one and if you're lucky some of these items will have multiple uses! While some may be great others can be a waste of money.
So how do we know which items we will need? Most of the time we don't realize we need something until we are there in the middle of a recipe. We cannot possibly keep a stores worth of kitchen appliances in our homes at all times just in case but there are a few times that we all need at one point or another.
We have gathered a small list of items that you will need and even included a few recipes for you to use them on.
