What You Need To Gather:
- Chicken
- Two eggs
- Breadcrumbs (any flavor)
- Any seasonings you prefer
- Paper Towel
- Gallon size resealable plastic bag
- Tongs
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Cut chicken into whatever size pieces you want, patting dry with a paper towel.
- (This helps the breading stick better.)
- Toss them into gallon-sized resealable plastic bag.
- Beat about two eggs per pound of chicken, pouring that on top.
- It will look completely unappetizing. Seal bag, shake, tossing chicken until it's coated.
- Pour on breadcrumbs and any other seasonings you'd like. Seal bag, toss again to coat.
- If you use some tongs to take chicken out of bag, you can fry them up in a skillet or bake them in the oven without getting any gooey breading on your fingers.
