Like Breaded Chicken But Hate The Shake & Bake Method That’s Messy & Falls Off? Try This Instead!

Breaded chicken is called for in so many chicken recipes it is getting harder and harder to avoid doing it. Don't worry though, this method will make breading chicken so simple. You won't believe how truly easy it is!

Let's Get Started…

What You Need To Gather:

  • Chicken
  • Two eggs
  • Breadcrumbs (any flavor)
  • Any seasonings you prefer
  • Paper Towel
  • Gallon size resealable plastic bag
  • Tongs

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Cut  chicken into whatever size pieces you want, patting  dry with a paper towel.
  2. (This helps the breading stick better.)
  3. Toss them into  gallon-sized resealable plastic bag.
  4. Beat about two eggs per pound of chicken, pouring that on top.
  5. It will look completely unappetizing.  Seal  bag,  shake, tossing chicken until it's coated.
  6. Pour on breadcrumbs and any other seasonings you'd like.  Seal bag, toss again to coat.
  7. If you use some tongs to take chicken out of  bag, you can fry them up in a skillet or bake them in the oven without getting any gooey breading on your fingers.
