When people think of grilling the first thing that usually comes to mind is burgers or steak. It's the most common thing cooked on grills so that thought process is completely understandable. When it comes to cooking we get into our comfort zones and our daily routines influence our menu choices. With hectic schedules, we do not often find nor take the time to venture outside of the norm because life has often handed us enough to think about.
While this next dish is not one that is unusual to find on the grill I will say it is not one that most people will cook as part of their normal menu. Most associate this dish with a special occasion or celebratory event, however, this dish is one that should be enjoyed simply because it is a regular Tuesday evening. It's not as difficult as one would think to master and will bring a new life to a menu that is simply – routine.
