Introducing Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce: The Spiciest Hot Sauce In The World!

Here's everything you need to make this amazing Scotch Bonnet hot sauce. If you want it even spicier, leave the seeds in the peppers, but if you want it a little milder or can't find Scotch Bonnet peppers, just substitute habaneros or jalapenos instead.

Ingredients To Gather

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
18 fresh Scotch Bonnet peppers, sliced and seeded
6 fresh jalapeno peppers, sliced
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup minced onion
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar

Directions To Follow

Start by combining the oil, peppers, garlic, onion, and salt in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, and then cooking for 5 minutes while stirring frequently. Next, add water and cook, stirring frequently,  for another 20 minutes, or until everything is soft. Finally, remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Pour the mixture into a blender and puree it until its smooth, and then add the vinegar and sugar and blend until everything's mixed together. Store in the refrigerator until you're ready to use.

Oh my gosh, this hot sauce sounds fiery hot and definitely not something for the faint of heart…which means it's right up our alley! We can't wait to try this sauce out on some of our favorite dishes, but we'll be sure to keep a big glass of water nearby to quench some of that fire!
