You can use any kind of baking pan that you want. Just make sure to prepare the compote first. We actually put a little in the mix as well for some extra flavor. Remember to mix in the Lemon Zest in the batter.

- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix butter and graham crumbs in 13×9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan.
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
- Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat until blended.
- Stir preserves in jar until softened; spread evenly onto crust.
- Top with berries, then cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 30 min. or until slightly puffed.

Instead of the usual boring graham crust I do vanilla wafers/walnuts/coconut-place the cookies and walnuts in the blender to crush up-place in s bowl add the melted butter and coconut flakes
