Old Fashioned, Classic & Easy To Bake: This Brown Sugar Apple Crumble Is Our All-Time Favorite!

This easy to make apple crumble is super delicious. This dessert is so yummy you'd like you had to slave away in the kitchen to create this masterpiece — but you don't! Find out how to make this treat and realize that you'll be making it a lot more from now on, per your families request.

Let's Get Baking…

What You Will Need To Prepare:

  • 20 – ounce can sliced apples

  • 1/4 cup golden raisins or mixed dried fruit bits

  • teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 -3 tablespoons sugar

  • teaspoon apple pie spice or ground cinnamon

  • tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat granola

  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut

  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)

What You Will Need To Do To Create:

  1. Mix up your drained apples and raisons with vanilla. Sprinkle your sugar and apple pie spice over your apple mixture for the perfect flavor profile. Top off your mixture with chunks of butter and sprinkle granola and coconut evenly over the top before putting in the oven.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. This should be enough time to let your apples warm up and let your top turn a nice golden brown.

Finished!

Note: Don't forget to dish up a heaping scoop of vanilla bean ice cream over top of your crumble. For an added touch, drizzle some caramel over top. Add a pop of color to your dessert by garnishing with a sprig of mint.

Happy Baking & Enjoy!
