It's really hard to choose a favorite dessert for the summer when I keep finding all these wonderful things!
Planning an end of summer/back to school bash for our family and friends I wanted a treat that the adults could enjoy because while we enjoy the summer there is something about a quiet house for a few hours that is delightful!
So in my research, I stumbled across this gem and since our Pina Colada muffins were such a hit I decided to try this version out! Needless to say, these were also a HUGE hit among the grown ups. We all laughed and reminisced about the crazy stories that we now have from this past summer and looked over the pictures of how much the kids seem to have shot up this year.
Time really does go by quickly- kind of like these ice cream bars.
