She Put A Small Plastic Bowl In The Center Of Some Dough & Cut Around It. The Results? Genius!

This elegant but whimsical appetizer looks incredibly complicated, but as the video shows, it's really quite easy to make. In fact, it really doesn't take all that long but it looks like something from a five-star restaurant.

Here Is What You Need…

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pounds spinach, rinsed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 8 sheets phyllo dough
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Now That You Have Your Ingredients Together It Is Time To Get Cooking!

This dish really isn't that difficult to make however, twisting the dough can be a little difficult and there is a certain way how to mix everything together so that it's not so watery.

The written commentary (text) is in English. One could easily do this with puff pastry as well. It’s a great, easy, and impressive idea.

Sure looks good, and I understand the recipe but wonder what the top white is unless you use the two egg whites you separated in the top part, but you would have to add something for it to stand in a ball.
