I'm sure if your anything like me, you have that one simply delicious, tasty-treat that you have to order when visiting your favorite fast food restaurant. Even though you are super-strict on your diet that one little indulgence can turn your whole day around!
For me, it's a special little offering found on the menu of my favorite fast food Mexican drive through… Taco Bell.
This glorious offering has all the staples, meat, beans, cheese, fried tortillas, sauce and even some somewhat healthy tomatoes. It goes by the international name of the “Mexican Pizza” and its nothing short of amazing.
To make a long story short I love this menu item so much I decided to try making it on my own and let me tell you, it was even better than I could of imagined!
