The Best Damn Bread Pudding Recipe In The World: Have You Have Made It With Peanut Butter & Jelly?

This incredible bread pudding makes enough for four to six servings, if you need more for a party you can always double or triple the ingredients.

It takes fifteen minutes to prepare and thirty minutes to bake but it has to set for about an hour before it is ready to eat so it can soak in the delicious flavors.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1/2 loaf cubed day-old challah bread
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup roasted, salted peanuts
  • 3/4 cup grape jelly

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease dish.
  2. Put bread on a cookie sheet, bake 10 – 12 minutes. Remove bread from oven, set aside.
  3. Whisk 3 cups of milk, eggs until incorporated. Add bread.
  4. Over medium heat, heat remaining 1 cup of milk, sugar, vanilla, peanut butter until the
  5. Peanut butter melts, mixture is smooth.

  1. Stir together peanut butter and bread mixture until well mixed.
  2. Place pudding in dish and add 3/4 cup of the crushed peanuts.
  3. Allow to sit 1 hour.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool after baking.
  5. Top with the grape jelly, sprinkle the rest of the peanuts on top.
