    And most pictures of slow cookers with cooked food show them filled to the top. Never fill the pot more than 3/4 full of uncooked food.

    on my PC, in the upper right hand corner, are three bars. click on that icon, then click on ZOOM. I went to 150% and the print was so much clearer..try it !!

    so are mine. If I cook on the grill or the oven my beef ribs are tough. Cooked in the slow cooker they come out tender and delicious.

    AKA do it as the recipe states……no short cuts.. or putting in to soon or to late….. read and do…. that is all it states…… I got nothing from it and yes I read it but……. that is pretty much what it says…….go by what it tells you to…… nothing early …….late and if its a lean meat dont cook it so long or it will be tough….. I have done this myself…… especially putting to much liquid…….or the lean meats cooking it to long…….. so do as directed and you will be in good shape!
