The Only Way Sweet Potatoes Should Ever Be Cooked Is With This Secret Blend Of Herbs & Spices

These amazing sweet potatoes make enough for about two servings but you can always double or triple the ingredients if you want more. They take about fifteen minutes to prepare and about forty minutes to bake.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 24 oz sweet potato
  • 8 sprigs of thyme
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoon maple sugar

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

 1 Preheat  oven to 450˚F. Dice  sweet potato into large chunks, toss with thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper.

2 Sprinkle with maple sugar,  toss on  baking sheet.

3 Roast,  30 minutes, toss, roast for  remaining 10 minutes.
