  • 1 (19oz) can cannellini beans
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1. Cook the pasta.
2. Meanwhile, in a food processor, blend 3/4 of the beans, chicken broth.
3. Once the pasta is cooked, Add the bean puree.
4. Heat some olive oil over medium heat.
5. Add garlic and cook.
6. Add the tomatoes and rosemary.
7. Add in the remaining beans, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup parsley; cook until heated through.
8. Add the tomato mixture to the pasta and toss.
