Big Mac Special Sauce

While not explicitly secret, the “special sauce” found in McDonald's Big Macs is the most mysterious ingredient of its “two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions—on a sesame seed bun.”

A while back McDonald's executive chef Dan Coudreaut released a YouTube video explaining how to make a Big Mac at home—and how to make your own special sauce. This put to bed peoples suspicions that the sauce was nothing more than a combination of Thousand Island Dressing, mayo, sweet pickle relish and a few other ingredients.
