These Barbecued Baby Back Ribs With A Rich Sauce Can Easily Be Made In Your Crock Pot

Always wanted to try ribs in the crock pot but weren't sure if they would turn out good? Well follow this recipe and you'll see that this cooking method can be a success.

Things You Will Need:

How To Prepare:

  1. Start off by seasoning your ribs with the standard salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Get your crock pot ready by pouring some water inside. Next, you'll want to place your ribs inside by laying them one of top of the other and then top with the onion and garlic.
  3. You are going to want to let your ribs cook for about four hours on high, or you can let them slow cook on low for eight hours. Usually the timing will depend on if I am at work or at home and I want to speed things up.
  4. Once you are ready for the next step, make sure your oven is pre heated to 375 degrees.
  5. Take the ribs out of the crock pot and place on a baking sheet. Make sure it's just the ribs that make it to the sheet, not the onion or the garlic. Go ahead and rub some bbq sauce all over the meat.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes. This should be just enough time to let the sauce caramelize and stick to the ribs.

Finish!

Note: The ribs only take 10 minutes to prep and only four and a half hours to cook. If you pick the low and slow method, it could take longer. Don't forget to spend the last fifteen minutes finishing the ribs off in the oven. This part of the recipe is crucial for that perfect texture you look for in the sauce meets ribs moment.

Happy Cooking & Enjoy Ya'll!
