These Chicken Salad Croissants Are Made With Simple Ingredients But The Flavor Is Amazing!

Almost everyone loves chicken salad. It is just so easy and truly tasty. This recipe for chicken salad croissants takes chicken salad as you know it up a notch. You won't be able to get enough!

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

3 C.  chicken
1 1/2 C celery
3 T. Lemon Juice
1 C. apples
1 C. Crushed pineapple or sliced grapes
1 C. slivered Almonds
1 C. Lettuce

Croissants

SAUCE:
1 C. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp dry mustard

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

Cook chicken, dice all ingredients. Add lemon juice to  apples to keep from going brown.

The Additional Directions To Follow:

Place your chicken, fruit, vegetables and your almonds together in your bowl. Combine your sauce ingredients and then mix it with the salad ingredients.  Finally, Add everything to your croissants.
