These Juicy Rib-Eye French Dipped Sandwiches Have A Secret Ingredient (Baked Inside) That Tastes Amazing

This incredible french dip sandwich recipe makes enough for ten servings but you can always cut it down if desired. It takes about fifteen minutes to prepare and about an hour to cook. It will smell so heavenly, you might even start drooling before you taste it.

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
2 Tablespoons  Pepper
1/2 teaspoon  Oregano
1/2 teaspoon  Thyme
1 Boneless Ribeye Loin
2  Onions
5 cloves Garlic
1 Packet French Onion Soup Mix (dry)
1 can Beef Consomme
1 cup Beef Broth Or Beef Stock
1/4 cup Dry Sherry Or White Wine
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 cup Water
10  Rolls

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Tie  piece of meat tightly with a couple of pieces of kitchen twine.

Mix  salt, pepper, oregano,  thyme and rub it all over  surface of  beef. Place  beef on a roasting rack in pan , roast it to medium-rare, 20 to 25 minutes, until it registers 125 degrees on a meat thermometer.  Remove meat to a cutting board,  cover with foil.

Return  roasting pan to  stovetop burner over medium-high heat. Add  onions,  garlic,  stir, 5 minutes, until they are soft and golden. Sprinkle in  soup mix,  pour in  consomme, broth, sherry, Worcestershire, soy, water. Bring it to a boil,  reduce heat to low. Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, to develop the flavors. Add more water if it starts to evaporate too much. Pour the liquid through a fine mesh strainer, reserve both the liquid and  onions.

Slice  beef very thin. Pile meat and onions on rolls,  serve with dishes of jus.

Finished!

This homemade french dip is so good you may want to make it any chance you get. Have you made this sandwich yet?
