We've all heard the horror stories about rude, demanding restaurant customers and bosses from hell who treat the restaurant staff like dirt. In fact, reading about stories like that makes us want to give our servers an even bigger tip! However, it's not all bad in the restaurant industry. In fact, we recently came across several stories from restaurant employees that demonstrated how their bosses really had their backs. They're so lucky!
These bosses really put themselves out there to act in the best interests of their team, even taking on arrogant or belligerent customers. It's not a task we'd want to take on, and the bosses could have let their employees fend for themselves, but clearly these managers understand the value and importance of teamwork!
