This Blueberry, Cherry & Apple Patch Pot-Pie Has Three Different Sections-Find Out How We Did It!

Here's everything you need for this mouthwatering fruit pie. You need 1 hour and 50 minutes total time for this recipe that makes 12 servings.

Let's Get Started…

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
  • 1 box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts

Directions To Follow:

  1. Start by heating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and then lightly spraying a 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Mix the ingredients for the base in a large bowl, and then spray either your hands or a spoon with cooking spray and press the mixture evenly along the bottom of the baking dish.
  2. Next, take the apple pie filling and use a spoon to add it to the baking dish in a crosswise fashion over the base ingredients. Do the same with the other two pie fillings so that you have three vertical rows of filling. Now you'll make the patch top for the pie. Do this by unrolling both pie crusts and cutting them into 1-inch wide strips. Place the strips over the pie and trim any edges that hang over the sides of the dish. Make sure to leave some space between the strips to allow heat to escape. Bake for 1 hour or until the pie is golden brown, and then allow to cool for between 20 and 30 minutes before serving.

Finished!

Doesn't that sound delicious? We especially like this pie with a dollop of ice cream or whipped topping on top, but it has so much flavor it's great plain too.

Happy Baking & Enjoy!
