This cozy dish is just the perfect thing to cuddle up with when it's cold outside and you want to treat yourself, but we also like it as the centerpiece for a satisfying weeknight dinner.

This bread pudding is loaded with flavor, thanks not only to the sausage and mushroom, but also the rich and hearty fontina cheese and parmesan cheese. There's also plenty of seasoning, in the form of thyme, leeks, heavy cream, salt, butter, olive oil and eggs. Delicious! This is one stick-to-your-ribs dish, and one that the whole family will love!
