People have been enjoying McDonald's Egg McMuffins for years. That is because it is quick breakfast option that is tasty and satisfying. However, this new development about the Egg McMuffin may just turn your world upside down!

What You Never Knew About McDonald's Egg McMuffin Is:

The Egg McMuffin is not that horrible for you! The classic breakfast sandwich  consists of an English muffin, one egg,  circle of Canadian bacon, American cheese, and butter. It comes in at  290 calories.

Where those calories come from is of equal importance, so t registered dietitian Lisa D. Harkins was asked what she thinks. “An Egg McMuffin is not the worst thing you can have,” she explains.   She also goes on to note that at “750 milligrams per pop, you're getting somewhere between half and a third of your sodium content for the day, based on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's recommendations.

    Most of the time I don’t do the cheese and only half the muffin. Sometimes not even half a muffin. ( not really a bread eater)

    I will never eat another buger at McDonalds. They use horse meat. So does Birger King, Taco Bell and Wendy’s. Wendy’s has admitted to using not only horse meat but Rat meat in their chili. You can research this and find no one denying it.

    When I did the classes for diabetes they taught us that if we were going to eat fast food the one item we could eat guilt free was the egg mcmuffin. Just leave off the greasy hash brown.
