When You Are Short On Spices & Ingredients But Want To Make Something Phenomenal This Is How You Do It!

Here's everything you need for this amazing Buffalo cauliflower. This recipe calls for gluten-free flour, but you can use regular all-purpose flour instead.

Let's Get Started…

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 3/4 cup gluten-free baking flour (such as Premium Gold® Flax and Ancient Grains All-Purpose Flour)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 heads cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions To Follow:

Start by preheating your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and then using cooking spray to lightly coat a baking sheet. Combine the flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper using a whisk, to make a batter that's smooth and just a little runny. Put the cauliflower in the batter and make sure it's coated, and then place the cauliflower on the baking sheet. Bake for between 20 and 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is lightly browned. Next, melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Once it's melted, remove from the heat and add the hot pepper sauce and honey, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Use this hot sauce mixture to coat each piece of cauliflower, and then bake the cauliflower about 10 minutes or until it's browned. When it's done, remove from the oven and cool between 10 and 15 minutes before serving.

Finished!

We love how this recipe has all the hot and spicy flavor you'd expect from regular Buffalo chicken wings. So while you may be eating something untraditional, you're certainly not missing out on any flavor. We recommend serving this cauliflower with a dipping sauce such as ranch dressing.

Enjoy!
