Here's everything you need to make this rich and creamy mayonnaise at home. Because you're using raw eggs for this recipe, try to get local or organic eggs so you can be more sure of their quality.

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2 teaspoons Vinegar (I Used Apple Cider) Or Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Cane Sugar
  • 1 cup Avocado Oil

Directions To Follow:

  1. Place the egg and yolk, vinegar, salt, mustard, and sugar in a blender. Turn the blender on and slowly pour the oil in through the lid. Blend until mixture thickens.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Spoon into a storage container and store in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
