Most of us will never be able to try this but it sure does look absolutely amazing! This cake is purely covered in 24-Carrot Gold Leaf which is edible.
Even though Carrot Cake is not really something we want to eat as a first choice… (I would make it into a Chocolate Cake or even Vanilla Bean) I would be the first to dive head first and swallow it without chewing just to get the opportunity.
