I am not a morning person, so the thought of fueling my body in addition to the rest of my morning regime often slips my mind, or gets shoved to the bottom of my priority list.  If I don’t eat, I get cranky and less-focused. Breakfast is an important meal in our day and one we should not take lightly. However, that doesn’t mean you must resort to an unhealthy option such as a bagel and cream cheese, or even worse, a drive-thru window. It is also not necessary to get up early to cook yourself an omelet, who has time for that? I certainly don’t.
