4 Different Ways To Have Breakfast In 10 Minutes

Bell Pepper Egg Rings

These I love. Almost as much as I love eggs cooked inside of toast. This one is great because you can use just a sliver of the bell pepper or the entire thing. It all depends on your particular taste For this you will need the following

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg
  • 1 green/yellow/red or orange bell pepper
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Slice a yellow bell pepper on its side to create rings.
  2. Place the 2 rings in a pan and let simmer for a few seconds.
  3. Crack one egg inside each of the rings.
  4. Cover the pan and cook 4-5 minutes. (or to desired wellness)
  5. Serve the bell pepper egg rings with toast and fruit. (optional) Top with salt and pepper to taste.

If you are using just a sliver of a bell pepper it shouldn't take as long as this so keep that in mind.  And finally…another one of our winter favorites:

Banana Almond Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup instant oatmeal
  • salt, to taste, optional
  • cinnamon, to taste, optional
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup almond, optional

Directions:

  1. Pour instant out into mason jar or bowl. Add salt to taste (optional).
  2. Add cinnamon. Pour hot water and stir the oatmeal occasionally.
  3. Let stand for 1 minute.
  4. Add sliced banana and almonds to taste.

This one is another one of my favorites because it's great on the go! Although if you are going to take it with you i suggest being very careful…something about hot glass and grabbing it without some form of heat protector is just not a good idea….not that I would know from personal experience or anything.
