In America, there seems to be a constant war between good food, affordable food, and food that can be made quickly for minimal cost. We want it served to us while we are out and about running our errends but we only want to spend about a minute or two in a drive-thru and any longer and it becomes a tedious chore rather than a fun time out with the family. We have created an industrialized food system which only benefits speed at the cost of our health.
Then there is the other point of view which takes on the notion of “I don't wanna see how my dinner is made I just want it to taste good.” I have fallen on both of these spectrums. I grew up in the age where quick frozen dinners and trips to McDonald's reigned supreme. To this day I still love the nostalgia that goes along with that bright yellow beam of light shining down from the M!
As society advances and people are now concerning themselves more with health we have discovered that some of the tasty deliciousness that comes out of our fast food restaurants may not be the best thing to consume. So let's take a look at why some people are thinking twice before they head for the golden arches.
Taste of food is the main reason for me
Fish sandwich, only item l purchase.
Tea is the only thing I buy
Can’t live without their coffee.

uh the food?
I steer clear because they only give you one sauce to stretch between 10 nuggets and charge 25 cents plus tax for each extra sauce.
I don’t eat at fast joints anymore. Unless I’m traveling and really don’t want to stop.
