7-Up Brown Sugar & Garlic Chicken Made In A Slow Cooker

Here's everything for this savory 7-Up brown sugar and garlic chicken. This recipe requires 8 hrs. and 10 minutes and makes six servings.

Ingredients To Gather:

1 large chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 cup packed brown sugar
2⁄3 cup vinegar
1⁄4 cup Sprite or 1⁄4 cup 7-Up soda
2 -3 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper (regular black or cayenne)

Directions To Follow

Start by placing the chicken in the crock pot, and then mixing the rest of the ingredients and pouring them over the chicken. Cook for between 6 and 8 hours on low, and then serve over rice or noodles.

We just love how amazing the whole house smells when we're cooking this 7-Up brown sugar and garlic chicken. Plus, this dish goes well with pretty much anything, but we really like it with a couple of vegetable side dishes. Yum!
