- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Add each of the ingredients, one at a time and beat/stir slowly.
- You can use an electric mixer but make sure to use a whisk attachment as the fork can be too rough and ruin the consistency. If you use a spoon for this or any other stirring equipment by hand then you are going to be stirring for a while.
- Use the electric mixer for about five minutes until it is nice and thick.

Her sugar or same way. Butter or margerine We go by 1/2
Cup or cups in America. Don’t under stand her
measurement’s.
This is the recipe that I use……I let it beat for about 10 minutes,……makes it very light and fluffy…….
