I will freely admit that I am obsessed with mint desserts. I think the addiction started when my parents would take me to a well known Italian Food Chain and they would end each meal by bringing the table a handful of Andes mints. Every once in awhile you would get that awesome server who would bring extra for the kids.
I also partially blame the Girl Scouts. Let's face it those Thin Mint Cookies are one of the best things ever created!
Now that I am an adult who loves to bake more often than not mint flavoring finds it's way onto my to-do list. Not that my family is complaining.
So when I stumbled across this recipe I knew I simply HAD to make it and it turned out just as I had hoped and every bite brought e back to that time I was a child, eating those mints at the table with my family and for a moment, I didn't have a care in the world.
So keep reading and find out what you will need to create this amazing pie and the step by step instructions that go along with it.
