Arby’s Is Going To Add Venison Sandwiches To Their Menu Starting November

It seems like every day one of our favorite restaurant chains introduce a unique new menu item designed to attract new customers and help the company stay competitive in the amazingly competitive restaurant industry. Some of these menu additions are incredibly delicious and end up being astonishingly successful, but others are just odd and seem to have been created primarily for the shock value.

Now burger chain Arby's is upgrading its menu as well, and we have to admit, at first we were a little puzzled by their newest sandwich. After all, it's a little upscale and seems more like something that would be served at a high-end restaurant. What could be so unusual? A venison sandwich! Yeah, we were a little surprised too.

The new venison sandwich will be offered at 17 Arby's locations around the U.S., and is made of 100 percent deer meat with premium cut top and bottom round steaks from the hind quarter of the deer. The company chose to serve the new sandwich in heavy deer hunting areas.
